This item has no ratings.
It took him all his life,
To get where he is today.
He succeeded in everything.
He ran.
He jumped.
He soared.
All his life goals,
All of them he scored.
Now, white team against his orange,
The final game,
The extra inch,
He could not acclaim.
The football slipped from his fingertips.
Without patience
Success turned him off like a light,
Out of the orange,
And into the white.
