How Sandy married Mandy

One spring morn on a Scottish plain,
Sandy asked Mandy to give her his name.

So they planned out their wedding
Right down to the song.

Left nothing to chance
When the day came around.

They planned the reception under a full moon,
But the wedding was planned to happen at noon.

They forgot about the seasonal showers
That came up so sudden and spoilt all the flowers.

The planner bought daisies
Since the flowers were now soaked.

But the groom looked like
He had just had his eye poked.

A sneeze here and a sneeze there
The best man found the groom-under a chair

The ring bearer of four
Dug a hole in the ground

Then the rings like other things
Were not to be found.

He offered Cheeto rings in grubby hands
Having no idea he had upset plans

But plastic hoop earrings from a bridesmaid ear
Saved a catastrophe from drawing near.

Almost done the vows were said
Sandy and Mandy are now finally wed.
