I had a broken heart
When I was six And ten And twelve And fourteen And sixteen And twenty-four I threw those pennies into The fountain of Youth When I was twenty-four and thrity-two and forty-three And fifty-two I knew I was female When I had a broken heart and threw pennies Into the fountain of Youth And learned that I am beautiful because I am Female.
