A CAT
By the door a cat rested watching a ball of yarn slowly gets up and goes to the barn there a mouse upon a rail caught a watchful eye darted past an out stretched paw and gave a joyful sigh bored of tiring games the cat fell asleep but kept a watchful eye for things that creep awaken by an unknown sound he runs into the house there he finds his food better than a mouse a bowl of milk he drinks washes his face he scurries back to his favorite hiding place just a lazy cat never in a rush now fast asleep so be quiet,Hush!
