A love ghazal, with moon as refrain and blue, true… as rhyme.

SHE COMES ONCE IN A BLUE MOON: a ghazal—

She comes once in a blue moon,
When she comes it’s my true moon.

Moon reminds me of her face,
On other nights I rue moon.

Moonlit nights do turn me on,
For me love has one cue—moon.

Love and moon are synonyms;
For lovelorn hearts it’s glue, moon.

In my loneliness Khalish,
Why you shed tears of dew, moon?
