The spirit is not bound by the vagaries of time, body or the mind ... the spirit is an ever flowing stream of learning ...
The anger, love, pain, hurt, desires, whims, fancies, wishes and thoughts that assail the mind, body and the heart all flow out into the stream... the spirit shines supreme
The beautiful lotus emerges out of the dirt that surrounds it so also does the spirit walk out and shine forth from the trappings of faith, distrust, loneliness, the agonies and ecstasies that surround it but does not touch it ...
All bondage and blandishment vanish into oblivion before the glory of the spirit ..
It is this spiritual awakening that one quests to find and is the fulfillment of one's life's promise or so I believe is my quest!
