The Last Fight
A Short Poem about a last stand

Falling, falling, stepless mistakes,
I carry the fight to my knees.
The structure of madness,
The chaos of guise,
I ready for flight on the breeze.

Lowering the scythe,
he tolls out the line,
"This was not my choice,
This is not my crime",
Then he shrugs putting his hand in mine.
