The myth of a Jewish race.
The Jews were a nation until Jerusalem was taken by Titus in A.D. 70. At the beginning of the Christian era, there was a massive immigration of Jews from Palestine to various countries throughout the Roman Empire.+ Crossbreeding, voluntary or otherwise, has brought Jews many ethnic traits typical of a immigrant people. Abraham begot Ishmael and Isaac. Isaac begot Jacob and Esau. "And the Lord said unto her(Rebekah; Isaac's wife), 'Two nations are in thy bowels; And the one people shall be stronger than the other people, and the elder shall serve the younger.' And the first can forth ruddy, and hairy and they called him Esau. And after that came forth his brother, and his hand had hold on Esau's heel; and his name was called Jacob."(Gen.25:23-26) Jacob deceived Isaac for Esau' birthright. When Isaac grew old and blind, he asked Esau to take a bow and bring him venison, that he may bless his first born with his inheritance. Rebekah heard this and instructed Jacob to bring venison to Isaac first, disguised in Esau' garments and goat skins, inorder to trick Isaac into blessing Jacob. "Therefore, my son, obey my word." Rebekah said to Jacob, Go fetch me two kid, that I may prepair them for your father. You shall recieve his blessing before he dies." But Jacob said, "My brother Esau is a hairy man, and I am a smooth man. Perhaps my father will feel me. I shall seem to be mocking him, and bring a curse upon myself, not a blessing." "Upon me be your curse, my son," Rebekah replied. "And she put on him very good garments of Esau, which she had at home with her: And the little skins of kids she put about his hands, and covered the bare of his neck."(Gen.27:6-16) And Esau hated Jacob for stealing the blessing which was his birthright. "The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then I will slay my brother Jacob."(Gen.28:41) The origin of the Jewish Nation is disputable. Esau changed his name to Edom. He became the father of the Edomites, who intermarried the daughters of Canaan, Hittite, Aholibamah, Anah, Zibeon, Basemath, Nebaioth. Therefore, these descendants would become the Arab Nations. Arab and Jews are descendent from one father; Abraham. Such irony that they refuse to live as a family in Peace and prosperity. (+)
