Harvey gazed appreciatively at the dreamcatcher hanging on his wall. He had slept peacefully every night since placing it there one month ago. He climbed into bed, looking forward to another night of restful, dreamless sleep.
Inside the dreamcatcher, the yellow-eyed demon, the rotting zombie, the giant snake, and all the other prisoners snarled and jostled each other. The web strained under their weight as they fought for space. Sharp claws and fangs slashed the web and the dreamcatcher burst open with a deafening roar. Harvey awoke to find a month's worth of nightmares surrounding his bed. A month's worth of screams tore out of his throat as they moved closer and fell upon him. 115 words
