English Sonnet about a love that grows with each passing season

Seasons

Blooming flowers raise their heads
In ample fields of fragrant grasses
Rainbow colors, nature's bedspread
Springtime's here, but quickly passes

Stifling heat, the landscape swelters
Search for shade beneath a tree
Cool summer nights, these lovers' shelter
Hammock swaying, you and me

Crisp fall air assaults my senses
To your bosom, draw me closer
Losing myself, dropped defenses
Cue the strings, my heart's composer

Winter's here, two become one
Our lives together just begun
