From the ashes, the Phoenix rose,
Deep within, hatred sows.
Anger, loathing, burning desires,
A fury so dark it stirs the fires.

Flames of love, flames of hate,
Burning so hot, the twists of fate,
Dance together upon the coals,
Smoldering thunder of two souls.

Pounding, beating, rhythmic dance,
Exploding against the furors lance.
Passion subsides, two lovers lost,
Envy, greed, jealousy’s cost.

Ashes smolder, the Phoenix burns,
Anger, love, desire churns.
What once was love, turns to hate,
The dancing flames, the twists of fate.
