Thinking about what he was lacking. Money or a soul? The key to preserving your individuality in a society is the ability to brush off the confines of conformity To find a compromise between the individual and the society. Everybody talks about non-conformism, as if its a trend in activism and liberal speech. Everybody talks about people who are pushed out of society, as if its a trend of people who "defect" society through their unintentional and god-given properties. Everybody talks about conformists. As they are the people who always talk.
