Take my heart and keep it,
I don't need it anyway. Take my heart and leave it, it's alone everyday. Take my heart and treat it like a pile of dirt. Take my heart and beat it, there's no way it could hurt. Take my heart and tell it it's not worth a second glance. Take my heart and guilt it; I don't deserve another chance. Take my heart and shoot it; watch the river flow. Take my heart and stab it, it's too numb to know. Take my heart and kill it; my soul already died. Take my heart, it's all I have; it's all I can provide.
