AGES OF MEMORIES
Sitting by the fireplace her heart all aglow as she slowly turns the pages of the memories she knows there she is at one in a dress of satin red with pretty little bonnet tied upon her dainty head here she is at ten with dolly and her dad her mother was so happy times were never sad here again at twenty and never been kissed she's holding out for love not caring what she missed there she is at forty a husband and three kids loving each one special for the many things they did now alone at eighty her life is almost done are there any regrets? no, she has not a one closing up the album of memories she keeps she gently drifts away into a never-ending sleep
