PHOTOGRAPH
An old photograph worn thin with age I found hidden there upon a forgotten page The corners were torn the colors almost faded I tried to see when it had been dated The face seemed so famiiar although I could not remember I think it was taken sometime in September Was it Christmas morning or maybe a summer dance maybe a sweetheart that I met by chance It's so hard to recall when the memory goes just like an old photo that nobody knows An old, old picture lost in the years covered with dust till somebody cares.
