Happy Birthday America
This is a late night, short poem that was inspired by our country's birthday.

Happy Birthday America

Let freedom ring.
Hear voices sing.
No drive to work.
Coffee waits to perk.
March in parades.
Drink sweet Kool-aid.
Wave flags so high.
Planes in the sky.
Firecrackers explode.
Medals of honor showed.
Warriors from the past.
Laid to rest at last.
We hope for peace.
Pray hostilities cease.
