Henry/Vicki Dinner Scene

Pt 2

Henry had to suppress a growl as his eyes lit upon Vicki’s butt positioned perfectly in the air. Stopping just inside the doorway, he silently laid the phone he’d been using down and leaned against the frame. Closing his eyes, Henry let the sound of her jeans scraping against themselves in agitation and her frustrated signs play into the many ideas of just what he could do with her in that position that ran through his head. So lost in a particularly vivid image involving an imaginative, if not partially impossible, maneuver with the beer bottle in Vicki’s hand; her squeal of pain was almost lost to him. It was the scent of blood that brought him firmly aware of the present situation.

“Damn,” Vicki muttered at the red splotches on her hand. Seething in frustration, she turned and slammed the beer bottle onto the counter with one hand while reaching for the cabinet door hiding the paper towels. Seeing the design on them, Vicki began to laugh. Nothing like a vampire having paper towels with goofy bats flying on them. Not even Henry probing her head with gentle fingers and the resulting tingling of pain could stop the stress-induced reaction. Only after a few moments of close proximity to Henry, with his hands supporting her from her waist and her head resting on his chest did the laughs subside. The tear-filled gasps of breath soon replaced with slow, deliberate breaths.

“You’re damn freezer bit me.” Vicki turned away to close the still open perpetrator. Her hand resting on the small cut on her head.

“I keep telling it not to bite, but damn if the thing just doesn’t learn.”

Not even bothering to respond, Vicki just gave him a droll stare and leaned back into the refrigerator. Vainly hoping that the contents had changed in the last five minutes.

Putting the paper towels away, he heard her stomach’s growl for food, “It seems that your body and I are in perfect agreement—food is very much needed.”

“Um, all we have is cold Chinese food,” Vicki gestured with the pint in her hand to demonstrate her point. The movement ending with her arm outstretched with her wrist up, offering the food to Henry. As the head that held those beguiling eyes looking at her wrist quirked sideways in that endearing way, Vicki realized what she’d done and quickly pulled her wrist back against her stomach and the Chinese food within smelling distance. “Well, I have leftovers at any rate.”

As Henry’s stare lingered on her, Vicki turned away and walked towards the drawer she threw all the extra chopsticks into. Pulling out a pair, she placed the container of food on the counter and concentrated only on the task of pulling the wooden utensils from their inadequate sheath and gently but firmly forcing the two prongs apart. Maybe it was the over concentration or maybe it was the man standing directly behind her but in a desperate attempt to break them apart, Vicki broke one in half. In an expression of many types of frustration she threw the two pieces against the wall in front of her.

Leaning into her, Henry pushed his mouth against her ear, the only barrier between the flesh was her hair, and whispered, “I’ve always found that playing with your food is much more enjoyable.” With that he, twirled a few noodles between his fingers and brought them to Vicki’s mouth, “Open wide, I’ve got a present for you.”

Looking up at him, Vicki didn’t even try to hide the gleam in her eyes. If he thought he was going to get away with comments like that! Keeping eye contact, she sucked what little noodles were dangling in front of her into her mouth. Deliberately, she slowly blinked as she closed her lips around Henry’s two fingers. Pulling the noodles off with soft strokes of her tongue, she swallowed all that he’d offered her. But, as he began to pull his fingers away, she bit down just enough to stop him. Her eyes opened and her revenge began.

The first time her tongue had slid across his finger, Henry had called on every ounce of self-control to keep still. Between the fire in her eyes and the way her tongue was dancing across his skin, probing into every crease for any lingering sauce, he was at his wits end. Even the pressure of her teeth was erotic. Causing every unspoken sexual promise to jump to his face. Swearing to fulfill every dark fantasy of hers, his left hand dipped back into the noodles and trailed their captives down the V of Vicki’s shirt. Falling down into the hidden depths with little more than a flick of his index finger.

Vicki gasped at the sudden chill on her chest.

The momentary lack of concentration was all Henry needed. Flipping her around, much the same way she’d done him earlier, he had her pressed up against the counter and his head to her chest before she could even register his movements. Slowly, his tongue followed the path he’d taken the noodles on. Starting on her left shoulder, he slid the rough surface down—dancing around the edges of her breast. From there, he traveled across to play at the edges of her other and then up to her collarbone. It was there that he began to alternate his tongue and his lips. That is until he reached the pulse erratically throbbing at the base of her neck.

Closing her eyes, Vicki’s hands grabbed on to Henry’s soft hair. The individual strands sliding through her fingers as he moved his head vibrated through her hand and into the rest of her body. Each pass of his tongue caused her brain to fall even further away from rationality and ever closer to just living.

Without preamble, Henry began to suck and gently nip at her pulse in time with its beats. The call of her blood mixed with the faint but lingering sent from her scalp almost pushed him past his strength. Even though he was certain Vicki was very close to the point of not caring where his fangs ended up, he didn’t want to run the risk of losing control. Instead, he just pulled at the temptation rushing below the surface. Suckling and scraping his desire and frustration until her pulse was almost a constant thrum against the skin until he plunged his tongue down in search of the noodles themselves.

As suddenly as he’d started his search down her shirt, he stopped. His chin had gotten stuck on the fabric. In a minor lapse of will, Henry growled and started to rip the material apart. The only thing that stopped him was knowledge that if he bared her all he’d lose control for sure. Instead, he tore the fabric a few inches, just enough to see her black lace bra cradling the errant noodles.

With a wicked grin Henry looked up to see Vicki staring down at him. Slowly, he placed his hands around her waist—holding her still and molding her flesh with his hands—and dug the noodles out with his tongue. Pushing against the opening between her bra and chest until it gave way, allowing him in to delve and explore at his leisure. Ushering the Lo Mien up against her left breast he proceeded to lick every drop of sauce from under her bra. At some points using his nose to nuzzle away the fabric enough to get his mouth right up against the desired area and kissing away all traces of the food.

Just as Vicki was sure she was going to die from just his tongue, Henry stopped. Opening her eyes she saw cloudy blue ones staring down at her. The control he was exerting clearly visible on his face.

Leaning in, Henry saw the passion in Vicki’s eyes. A smile of pure masculinity stretched across his face. Pressing his lips to hers quickly pulled back. A groan of protest from Vicki pushed his smile even higher. Opening his mouth, the noodles he’d been hiding slid out and dangled before her, an offer. A temptation. Just as he saw her embrace her desire, he heard a pounding.

Both Vicki and Henry looked towards the door. Vicki looked on in astonishment and Henry closed his eyes in defeat and regret then dropped it down to rest on the top of Vicki’s. Sighing loudly, he pulled away from her and took a step back.

Looking at the clock on the wall as he walked towards the insistent banging, he felt as if it was him being taught the lesson when he’d set out to teach one. They were only 10 minutes late. If they’d been on time things wouldn’t have…

Looking into the kitchen, Henry reached for the door and said, “Your dinner’s here.”
