A BEE IN HIS BONNET: a sonnet
This is about a man who, like Newton, Was busy picking many a pebble Of knowledge at sea shore, weather-beaten. In three different fields he did dabble. He taught as a medical professor For three decades and found it rather cool. For law he had love not a bit lesser. After retirement he joined the law school. He joined the bar as a lawyer and then He tried to hone his skills in writing verse. He did make abundant use of his pen, Writing poems that had a message terse. Maybe he had a bee in his bonnet. It was he himself who wrote this sonnet. M C Gupta 14 July 2007
