No looking back...
Sometimes, I wish life had a rewind button... sometimes i wish it hurt less

Blood dripping at his feet
The glass of wine lay shattered
His blue eyes wide in fear
So worn, alone and battered

A tiny whisper leaves his lips
with heart felt pain and worry
worry for who he'll leave behind
and piercing pain in 'I'm sorry'

He shuts his eyes to stop from seeing
Her face  through tears that fall
For one more chance to see her again
He would surely take back it ALL...

Too late, he knew it all was over
he shut his eyes in pain,
And whispered a silent prayer
Never to open them again...
