Forever More
I wrote this poem years ago and it was read at my mother's second wedding.

The time when two are bound together
And sworn to love and care for the other
With the promise of trust and devotion
Forever more.

With two simple words
Come a lifetime of meaning
And the hope of true love
Forever more.

Then that one essential kiss
The most memorable of all
Springs a lifetime of joy and happiness
Forever more.

Arguments will happen
Disagreement takes its course
But with every increasing day
They fall still deeper in love
Forever more.
