FOR KEL AND NANCY

This poem was written for kelly1202 and simply_complex. They're two of my most precious of friends, and I couldn't love them more.

Through thick and thin, I'll be there eternally
to help when needed, or a shoulder to cry on.
I couldn't love you more, Kelly and Nancy.
Is it any wonder it's my heart that you've won?

We share laughter, tears, and everything.
We share honesty, loyalty, and more.
We give freely if someone needs anything.
Isn't that what real friends are for?

I've been blessed with the two of you;
you'll never know how gifted I feel.
I love you both dearly, and know you love me too.
In you, I've found two friends that are real.

Hugs and kisses I send your way,
along with a heart filled with song.
These feelings grow stronger every day.
In heart and mind you'll always belong.
