Passion

Perhaps it rises slower now,
pleasuring requiring vast patience, tender skill.
Prayer mats of the flesh, our weathered bodies
plumb uncharted waters,
pushing, pulling, peeling away.
Palm to palm, breathing as one, we are
pelegian sailors that have jettisoned their maps.

Prompt Subject: Let's Get Emotional!
Word(s) to use: The emotion you pick MUST be in the Title! (i.e. The Jealous Puppy)
Word(s) not to use: Do NOT use the emotion itself in the body of the poem. (i.e. I could not use the word jealous in my poem.)
Other requirements/restrictions: Make me FEEL the emotion - use however many lines it takes - but make sure I feel it!
