Delicious creature, from the sea
We just won't let this turtle be She lays her eggs, deep in the sand But never deep enough for man Her generations, looking small There's turtle soup! come one come all! Fish nets pose another hurdle Wonder why there's no sea turtle So in this world, we make unjust Another species bites the dust And with her death, fresh in our mind Another point, racks human kind
