I met you on the internet
Just one more friend to know

A friendship start to grow

I hesitate and wonder why

So up my nerve I slowly got
And called you late one night

The phone was not enough
A day we picked when June came round
But waiting seemed real rough

I took the drive to where you said
To meet you face to face
And cross the parking lot you tread
To wrap in an embrace
