Surounded by our masks
we cannot see reality.
Cannot know the truth
that hides in lies:
the hearts that shielded, beat;
the eyes that do not blink;
the tear that does not well
for fear that when it drops
the masks will too.
Surrounded by the lies that let us live,
we dare not ask:
Which one's mine?
Which one's yours?
