And the Angels
This poem just sort of happened. It's about perspective, and faith, and relationships.

And the angels?
Well, they don't care,
No not at all.
And the angels just watch
And laugh
'Cuz the angels,
No, they don't care,
No not a bit.

And from way up there
Why would you dare?
Unruly kids
In a crazy world.
And from way up there,
It's quite a trip

And the angels?
Well, they don't care,
No not at all.
Cry or laugh
Growl or smile
When you look up,
They're always there.

And from way down here
Just look around
'Cuz the angels here
Have their feet on the ground.
Just watch the eyes
Of a passerby
A mirror will show
The one walking next to you.

So turn around
And kiss the air
You never know
Where love will show
And when you lift your arms
And dance in the rain
You'll show yourself
A better place

And the angels?
Well, they don't care,
No not at all.
No, not from way up there
So find your angel
Right down here.
Just face a friend
And when you do
You will know
It's better, right down here.
