My Younger Days

First Verse
During my younger days I had many careless ways.
I drove my car from bar to bar and had a drink or two.
At dawn I would travel on and keep some rendezvous.
I knew all the girls short or tall including, Peggy Sue.

Danced with chicks had conflicts that led to a fight.
Got my kicks received licks from being out all night.
In my old Ford I was never bored making my rounds.
Here to there without a care I drove to all the towns.

During my younger days I had many careless ways.
As I look back I am lucky in fact to be alive today.
Loving the gals and running with pals never any rest.
Most of all I had a ball wanting to give my very best.
