TWO LITTLE BOYS by Maria Mize
Cody likes fire trucks, Tyler likes heroes. Two little jelly beans, dancing on our hearts. Mommy and daddy love them, and work hard every day. They go to school and work so there’s not much time for play. Yet they love them dearly with hugs and kisses and toys. They have big plans for these two little boys. Cody is 3 and Tyler is 6. They play in their backyard in a treehouse made of sticks. Bean is their watchdog. She’s in the treehouse too while daddy fixes supper and mommy is at school. Its time for bed now ---- the moon peeks down from the sky, and Mommy is home. She gently tucks them in and says good-night.
