One Small Step

Another chapter begins, A new phase in my life.
A picture perfect window of opportunity has presented itself at my tightly sealed door.
Hesitant to open it, I wait and I breathe…
Searching for a sign, I gather my inner thoughts.
Possible scenarios and endless outcome’s infect my well being.
Daring to explore a world unseen, I present myself on the doorstep of humility.
Expecting the unexpected, I throw caution to the wind.
A leap of faith, a bound to glory.

I wander aimlessly through my new found world embracing every moment.
Hope for the best while accepting the worst.
Know that I and I alone must follow the path I have been given.
Each calculated step is another step towards spiritual enlightenment.
There are no boundaries, every star within reach.
The gates have parted; the luminous sun shall be my guide.
I will find my place here, my inner sanctuary…my eternal happiness.
Scattered dreams over empty meadows I will gather and make my own.
Atop the highest mountain I shall place my heart for the whole world to see.

Take my hand and walk with me now,
Through a world with endless dreams and infinite possibilities.
A world where there are no limits to what you can achieve.
The past….the present….the future all as one.
Each day is what you make it.
No worries, not even in death.
