About Me!

My name is Lindsey. I'm a senior at Emporia State University in Kansas. I come from a small podunk town that I love to hate. I'm a senior majoring in English with a Creative Writing minor. Here are a few other random facts about me:

I'm an only child. Everyone thinks it must be so great to not have siblings. In my opinion I'd rather have an annoying sibling than the over-protective parents I do have.

I have a huge passion for Young Adult Literature. My favorite author is Laurie Halse Anderson.

Music is my first love and my passion. I love to listen as well as play. I play clarinet, guitar and handbells. I play in my college's Wind Ensemble and I love it!

I dabble in photography and love to scrapbook.

I'm a technology freak. I spend most of my time in front of my computer.

I don't like to watch t.v or movies. Everytime I try I wonder what else I could be doing instead.

My biggest influences in life have always been my teachers. One of the biggest is Professor Webb or Amy. I have a tribute to her in my portfolio.

I love to write. I know I may never write the great American novel or anything, but I try every day to improve.
