Loon Lake The autumn sunlight shimmers on the surface of the lake, a million brilliant diamonds are suddenly awake. A moment of such beauty is never far away. and the ripples on the surface never tire of their play. When words sometimes elude me, my eyes still see the truth, Loon Lake is right below me, a vision from my youth. On a canvas so appealing, the surface glimmers still, a sight that's worth remembering and I shall have my fill. I've traveled far and seen so much but this sight will always be; one that stays forever as my favorite memory. ![]()
