Placed = 2nd in Dr M C Gupta 's Rhyme - Rhythm Contest,  A Ghazal.

Let Go.

Our loving has died, let go.
The tears have been cried, let go.

Just like flotsam and jetsom
Life floats on the tide, let go.

When a dead flower withers
It's scent won't abide, let go.

Do not ask for a reprieve
It will be denied, let go.

Set free all your tomorrows
Don't run off and hide, let go.

Take my advice and live life
Don't cling to your pride, let go!
