When reviewing the following piece, please understand these are my reflections inspired by a photograph. Since the photograph is not mine and I have no posting rights, I cannot physically show it to you except with words. I am not trying to tell a story or give a message here... but only wish to share my reflections.
RELECTIONS, inspired by a photograph Climbing out of a storm cellar, everything is bright and distinct as the sun pierces through an azure sky with white cotton candy clouds, the backdrop for violet-colored wildflowers on skinny green stems. Life should be so beautiful. ... Reaching the summit of a rocky mountainside, weary from the climb -- this majestic view awaits me. ... As I lie in my grave, this is the ground that covers me. ... Looking on the beauty captured here, I am drawn to my God and it is well with my soul.
