Remembering Miranda ("Twenty-four's Too Young To Die)

Raining Rainbows

The time draws near
You cross my mind
I stop to think
And dare not cry
For if I do
Then all will know
Today it's raining
Raining rainbows

It's been three years
Since you've been gone
And though I'm sad
Life goes on
It's just at times
I feel so low
That's when it's raining
Raining rainbows

Bittersweet memories
Float in my head
Of telling you stories
As you went to bed
That's when I smile
Though you had to go
Because it's raining
Raining rainbows

My heart still hurts
The pain is still there
But you're with the LORD
So I do not fear
'Cause I know the hope
That comes with such pain
And how beautiful rainbows
Shine through in the rain
