                                   A HEART LIKE MINE

If I could find a heart like mine, it surely must exist.
A man who’s faith in love so true, would never go amiss.
What chance is there, in our hearts, that we two would find,
A wonderland of dreams to share, a place so sweet and kind.

Where magic seems to spring to life, each and every day.
As passion flows and true love grows, in every single way.
Steadily, this song of hearts, plays on and on inside.
Waiting, oh so patiently, for a heart like mine.

If I could find a heart like yours, it surely must be there.
A man, who’s faith in love, could take him anywhere.
From mountain tops, to canyons deep, and so full of love.
Flowers bloom, hopes in June, of blessings from above.

I feel the warmth in your voice, a caring heart, so sweet,
The light that shines, in your eyes and the passion, deep.
You’re like the sun, full of fire, or the ocean’s roar.
Waiting for a heart like yours, who could ask for more.
