Country Girl Remember when you were a barefoot girl? In the hills of Kentucky in your hillbilly world. You may have moved to the big city far away. Have you came back for visit or maybe stay? Country girl where have your memories gone? Have you forgotten me and your country home? You now wear fine clothes and jewelry of gold. I remember your rags and no shoes in the cold. No matter how hard you try to forget your past. You can't forget the memories they'll always last. Be proud of who you are and where you've been. For you are one of a kind my country girlfriend.
