Forgetting a Fad
I lost her - my only hoary in this stray who has fades away

I want to forget
that memory that I had
but I cannot.
It was nailed
deep into my heart.
It hurt
and hurt.

My heart is wounded
And holed.
my blood rolled,
my chest ached
with my eyes parched.

I craze to forget
that smile that I sought
but I cannot.
It caught
my sight and thought.
It was chaste
and safe.

But she conned
and lurked
for good.
So I chuckled
with my eyes parched.

I want to forget that
my heart is hurt.
I craze to forget that,
my dearest is quiet

Forever…
