LIFE IS WHERE LOVE IS
O unknown strangers, you two, Sauntering on the beach, Silent in vast loneliness, What are you thinking each? You seem to have found that your Step is in unison. What promise d’you make today Before the fading sun? Go ahead, young souls, be one And do keep your promise. I, too, age and fade and say: Life is but where love is. • Written in abcb, 7-6-7-6 format. * Written for “Sigs For Emotions” contest, "Invalid Item" M C Gupta 2 November 2007
