Life is a long dark tunnel
Full of death and sin But after devastation We find healing from within Soon death shall surrender As we walk this long mile Death him-self shell die As the Lord our God does smile Cold, dark and lonely Sin eating at the soul Fear takes hold As death takes its toll Sin only dies when we want it to When we except God's love So when we die He'll take us to heaven above Where we'll soar with the eagles Walk on streets of gold Sing with the angels And never grow old I'll see God face to face When I finally go home Walk with Him in the gardens When to heaven I go
