Who I am...
A woman seeks to find a love she missed from her father...

You wonder who she is.
She wonders who you are.
She wonders if she'll ever know
As she wishes upon a star.

The woman you see now
Is the child that lived within;
She has searched her world over
For the love she needed then.

And, if indeed, she finds it,
Will it only be the shade
Of dreams long cherished
And into the mist will fade.

There's a part of her that laughs.
A part of her that cries,
A part of her that loves,
And a part of her that hides.

You still wonder who she is.
But she knows who you are.
Now that she has found you
She needs to search no more.
