Truth in Sales: The Beginning of Truth

Hello everyone. I tried posting my story directly to the Writing.Com site, but unfortunately, some of the more interactive aspects of my story are not...without going into too much detail...compatible with existing nature of the Writing.Com website. Instead, I posted it to this site found below.

This is not Spam, I love the Writing.Com site and the opportunity it provides for us to all share feedback; it was simply easier to make my story and the intended interactive aspects available to all via my own site.

I grew up reading 'Choose Your Own Adventure' books, i.e. books where choices are presented to the reader and those choices affect the outcome of the book. To me, these books offered more 're-readability' than typical books. Plus, there was something intoxicating about making decisions as one read through these books, a thrill of being a part of the adventure rather than just an observer.

In an effort to bring part of that excitement back into today's world, I created a website, and a soon to completed series of 'adventures' (with full-color amateur illustrations) that can be read online or more accurately, experienced online. The interactive stories and content are all developed by me using a variety of free and purchased tools, but designed to give you the opportunity to experience the thrill of making decisions that will affect the outcome of an epic story!
