Jarred awake
by a tickling sensation --- flitter of insect crossing ear and cheek --- With a shriek, I bound out of bed knocking over a room divider and wrenching my back; Adrenaline pumping and gaze drawn to floor, a giant cockroach scurries toward destruction.
