DEATH, I AIN’T AFRAID OF YOU
Death, I ain’t afraid of you. Come, let us play some game; Bungee jumping or, rather, Skydiving be its name Be it cancer, heart attack, Maybe diabetes. Even with car racing crash, I will be quite at ease. I won’t mind dying as a Young marine in Iraq, Though on my grave there won’t be Placed a victory plaque. But, Death, don’t come to me in A manner too facile. When one day I die then I Want to do so in style. • Written in abcb, 7-6-7-6 format. M C Gupta 25 November 2007
