It wants in
the thing that wants in

Out of the earth it came
silently it slithered through a crack in the floor
in the old barn its nest would serve and be warm
it quicken its pace to hide from view
to gather it's strength
no need to alarm the human race
time passes by, years fade into the distance
it scampers across my front porch floor
claws scrapping across my door
Howls and screams pierce the silence
covering my ears to its shrill cries
i fall to my knees my heart pounding
I open my eyes but darkness has overcomed me
as i struggle not to cry
Am I running out of time
for me all hope is lost
The thing that wants in starts to speak
I am the Darkness behind and beneath the shadows.
I am the absence of air that awaits at the bottom of every breath. I am the ending before life begins, the decay that fertilizes the living.
I am the bottemless pit, the never-ending struggle to reclaim that which is denied.
I am the key that unlocks every door.
Let me in and see that which can not be seen, face the terror that is within
Let me swim through the blackest oceans to the center of your soul.
this creature is slowly tearing me apart
I can feel it in my body going through my veins
I am numb I am frozen I can no longer feel
my heart is shattered it can no longer heal
for the entity that buried itself within has taken complete control
