Where Is Her Heart
One August rainy day I found my heart And thought it would always stay I had a new start I could not have anything I could love any more I held her and would sing Of love to this little girl She grew fast Her playing and laughing Are now my past Sometimes I can still hear her singing Now she chooses To live with her dad It’s my heart that looses And feels so sad But I wont fight She loves him too But we’re not as tight Because she is so blue She is torn between Her mom and her dad Her tears are seen Divorce hurt her bad Sometimes she acts Like her heart is stone Hurting attacks To those who makes her feel alone Baby, I just want your smile To hold your childhood Mile after mile If only you could So little girl One day you will see You are my world And your heart is safe with me
