Rock bottom.
This all about when we hit rock bottom and what we can do

Everyone hits rock bottom at one or more point in their lives. I know I have my share of points, almost enough to play connect the dots. That's life, but think about it this way, if we didn't have all those moments that test the very core of who we really are on the inside, those moments when we close all doors and deny any access to the outside world. Those times when pulling the covers over our heads and closing our eyes brings us peace.  Then we would belong to a Walgreens commercial.

At that time we become prisoners of our own minds, being battered and bruised by the prison guards called thoughts.....There is always two sides to every story, and the bright side to this one is that in this prison the ones who set the sentence is us....so gather up what belongs to you, YOU'RE  FREE TO GO!
