Dark of day
another view on night

The darkness shows
what the light
         has to hide.

As the bright sun disappears
thousands of stars begin to appear.

In absence of the yellow sun,
the bright stars shine--
glowing in the dark
the darkness fades.

Stars light up the sky,
the dawn of the night.

The moon shines bright
the night is born
in the darkness of day.
