Oh! The aches and the pains!
How many times do we hear these words?
The aching splits that holds my body together.
Seem to shatter into millions of tiny specks
At times it makes getting up in the morning more difficult.
The grove of the sheet surrounded by the patterns of faded yellow and feathery flowers that fall at the summers end.
On rare occasions when I am in the midst of a romantic dream
As my prince charming is about to give me my first kiss
The phone rings “Hi Mum” goes the voice on the other side of the line
Just think of a world without complaints
And live for many years with never a regret
We unite in peace with butterflies songbirds and bees
Pictureous flowers, and shrubbery trees
Where all eyes, will open also to the blind.
Where even the dumb shall sing and speak forth his mind.
In a world where unto man will be friend
We live forever to embrace and caress loved ones righteousness
We all have disadvantages to overcome when a young mind over rules
But the body keep ageing.
And if you’re a drinker
Economic problems occur
It takes away our mental and physical wealth
And with years of heavy drinking the emotional problems arise
And some consider an end to life
As long as you choose to drink
The disease continues to increase
The sanity, the brain damage, the suicide at risk
Ageing
Mind Racing, Dizzy, disorientated, light headed
Vision that’s blurry, Sleep disturbance
Feeling breathless or breathing fast and shallow
Heart racing palpitations
Nausea or lack of appetite, Trembling
Restless, Sweating or shivering jelly legs
Then man! this means you’re getting old
So age with grace and beauty and control
To yet reborn to the birth of being old.
