DECEPTION


Is it not a deception that god is in temples,
When in fact he resides in the temple of the heart?
In order to bring heathen non-believers around,
Different religions play rather a fatal part.

Is it not a deception a suicide bomber
Mingles in a temple crowd that’s praying to the Lord?
In a moment he explodes targeting innocent
Men, women, children, the old, and snapping their life cord.

The following questions do linger inside my heart:
Does the religion deceive or so do its preachers?
Are not the followers mere pawns in religions’ game?
Are not the religion’s heads the terrorists’ teachers?
