Earned Respect

Respect is something that can never be bought.
It comes to you when you give respect to another.
You must earn your respect from your fellow man.
It does not come with a simple shake of the hand.

Most of us are taught to respect our fellow man.
We learned from the examples given by parents.
Children are the Lords' gift to man and women.
They're created by love part of us becomes them.

They must be raised with love and respect by you.
If you are to get love and respect you must give it.
With your love and respect they'll grow into adults.
Their young world has a lot of gangs and evil cults.

These type of things will catch their interest in life.
If we don't take the time for their needs and grips.
I think sometimes as parents we tend to forget.
For our children to be positive must learn respect.
